According to the Portuguese press, Cristiano Ronaldo has just spent tons of money to expand his influence beyond the field of football.
According to the Portuguese news agency OKDiario, Cristiano Ronaldo has recently expanded his business when he invested money in COFINA, the leading media company in his homeland.
The report states that the 38-year-old superstar currently holds an ownership interest of up to 30% of the company’s shares, making him COFINA’s largest shareholder. This is considered an unprecedented step in CR7’s business career compared to previous hotel, resort or perfumery and bottled water production projects.

Talking about Ronaldo’s investment in COFINA, the company’s chief executive, Luis Santana, said: “Ronaldo is the best player in history, a unique athlete and a person who elevates values. It’s an honor for us to have him with us.”
Returning to football, although he is 38 years old, Ronaldo still does not want to end his illustrious career. Sharing at the launch of his own Ursu mineral water brand, CR7 revealed that he will still play for another 2-3 years. Al Nassr’s superstar also revealed that he intends to invest in a football club after he retires.
