PATRICK Mahomes revealed a new business venture to the masses – but NFL fans noticed a problem in the social media announcement.
The Kansas City Chiefs star quarterback, 28, announced that he’s introducing his own ready-to-drink iced coffee brand on Thursday.
Mahomes added to his entrepreneurial resume, revealing on Instagram that he’s launched a new iced coffee on Thursday.
The title of the brand is called Throne Sport Coffee.
He’s partnered with beverage industry veteran Michael Fedele.
The 28-year-old Mahomes posted a picture of himself sitting on a workout bench press at a gym holding an iced coffee can.

But fans noticed in the comments that Mahomes couldn’t be able to do bench presses due to the bar being too high.
“That bar is too high up to pressing,” one wrote.
“That drink makes you bench 315?!? Asking for a friend,” another commented.
Mahomes also provided fans with a lengthy statement about the product.
“I am proud to announce the launch of @gosportcoffee – my new ready to drink iced coffee,” Mahomes wrote.
“From practice and meetings to travel and family time, coffee has always kept me going.
“As lead investor and true believer in Throne SPORT COFFEE, we’re excited to share a better for you option that is packed with functional ingredients to have you feeling your best.
“Throne SPORT COFFEE combines natural caffeine, natural flavors and natural sweeteners with B vitamins, electrolytes and BCAA’s – you get your great tasting coffee without the unnecessary calories or sugar crash.”
While Mahomes has had other opportunities, this will be the first time the three-time Super Bowl is the lead investor in a business.
Throne Sport Coffee will be available on Amazon for $14.99 in a variety four-pack.
In December, Mahomes teamed up with Logan Paul and KSI to promote PRIME which is another beverage and energy drink brand.
Mahomes has also dove into the sports ownership world.
He has stakes in MLB’s Kansas City Royals and the NWSL’s Kansas City Current.
