From the high forehead, deep black eyes to sharp acne, this new-born monkey has surprised many people because of its face like the famous dark lord Voldemort.

As a famous evil villain, no one can deny the importance of Lord Voldemort throughout the cult Harry Potter novels. 

Thought that was just a fictional image, recently at Paignton Zoo, in County Devon, southwest England, a newborn monkey was discovered with a face extremely similar to this dark lord. .

It is known that the mother of this monkey is named Ivy, belonging to the species of colobus monkey. Before giving birth to “Baby Voldemort”, his health was completely normal. However, as the due date approached, Ivy’s condition began to take a strange turn. To ensure the safety of mother and child, the doctors here had to decide to perform caesarean section.

The moment the baby monkey was born was also the time when everyone was surprised because its shape was too similar to the dark lord. Especially the high forehead, dark eyes and pointed nose. 

Because of his special appearance, this 567g monkey has received much love from the zoo doctors. Even veterinarian Jo Reynard, who directly delivered the birth of mother monkey Ivy, felt extremely surprised.

The baby monkey is currently being placed in a mobile incubator at Paigton Zoo. Every day, he is cared for by nurses and given formula like a normal baby.

Because the health of the mother monkey Ivy was not stable, the doctors decided to give birth by caesarean section so that the mother and the baby were safe.

Because of its special appearance, it has received much love from everyone.

This little princess is currently being transferred to a mobile incubator at the zoo.
