Neighbors of Cristiano Ronaldo have blasted the footballer for his “hospital-sized” 𝚞ɡly house.
The £28 million palace outside Lisbon is apparently unpopular with local inhabitants after building went a year behind schedule.
According to a Look magazine source, the footballer and his partner Georgina Rodriguez have enraged his future neighbors by performing considerable work on the property, which was supposed to be completed by July.

The mega-mansion has been under construction for more than three years and is expected to remain so for at least another year.
A video released to Instagram last month by Portuguese socialite Lili Canecas revealed that there was still a lot of work to be done on the house, which has been dubbed Pharaoh Ronaldo’s Pyramid by locals.
At the time, the home resembled a building site, which irritated surrounding people due to the obstructed view.
“They’ve been building for three years,” one neighbor claimed. The mansion is so large that it resembles a hospital.
“My street has been closed for months, and my garden is dusty.” My street has been closed for months, and my garden is covered in dust. Pharaoh Ronaldo’s “pyramid” is to blame for everything.
According to the publication, the project was first estimated to cost £10 million before rising to £17 million and eventually reaching a stunning £28 million.
Neighbors are not only upset about the purportedly run-down mansion, but they are also concerned about their privacy.
“There is no way to have privacy in that house.” It’s too open. “You can see his house from any point on the Quinta,” a neighbor remarked.
“It is so high that you can see many of our gardens, and it is surrounded by a golf course that you tried to buy at any cost and it did not work out.”
Ronaldo’s residence will have a massive glass swimming pool with an underwater bridge.
The 38-year-old football great is also said to seek a 1,000-square-foot master bedroom as part of what is thought to be Portugal’s most costly housing development.
Ronaldo’s reps have been contacted for comment.
From his time at Juventus, the Portuguese star also owns a beautiful property in Turin, Italy, as well as a £4.8 million mansion on a gated fortress estate called La Finca near Madrid.
In addition, Ronaldo owns a seven-story apartment building in Funchal, Madeira, the island of his birth.
In February, the football legend’s previous Cheshire mansion was also up for sale for more than £5 million.
The beautiful pad is owned by the Portuguese athletic icon and is located in millionaire’s playground Alderley Edge. It has seven bedrooms and six bathrooms.
It also has its own tennis court, pool, and movie theater.
The estate firm Jackson-Stops characterized the stunning mansion as a “masterpiece in modern design set in 23 acres – an ultra stylish main residence with superb leisure suite, two bedroom guest barn and padel court” when it was listed for £5,500,000.
