Even though Marcus Rashford is only 23 years old, he is already revered. The English footballer is now immortalized in a new mural commissioned by the high-end fashion label Burberry after featuring in its most recent advertising campaign.
In Manchester, England, the mural created by British collage artist Jazz Grant may be seen. Rafael Pavarotti’s photos from the aforementioned Burberry ad are interwoven with pictures of the great athlete as a child.
Grant characterized the initiative as being all about “creating something uplifting, ᴘᴏsɪᴛɪᴠᴇ, and dynamic with a sense of community and supporting the youth.” “I ᴡᴀɴᴛᴇᴅ it to feel really ᴛʜʀɪʟʟɪɴɢ, but also have delicate textures and tones, essences of its immediate surroundings, so that it kind of blended into its environment,” the author said.
Burberry has teamed up with organizations to offer safety, inspiration, and empowerment to young people all across the world as part of its current campaign, which aims to support the voices of the future.
